Florence and Benöit Chazallon are now at the reigns at this old family estate which dates back hundreds of years. 40 hectares are cultivated biodynamically and organically in the heart of the Ardèche. Excellent terroir, day and night temperature variation, fastidious attention to the soils and vines and a light touch in the winery are all in evidence in the final wines.
