Savagnin from Pupillin planted on grey marls. Direct press, 18-month élevage 1/2 in stainless steel tank and 1/2 in old barrels. A much more open and generous expression than the 2017 vintage, mainly due to the higher temperatures of the year. Still has the underlying salinity but a more lactic finish.
